rotabench® 6P 120/30E is a 3-phase MOSFET power stage based on the On Semiconductor NXV04V120DB1 MOSFET Module.
With a max. DC-Bus voltage of 30 Volts and max. continous AC Currents of 100 ARMS it is designed to be used in an automotive environment, like EPS motors (electric power steering) with a nominal DC-Bus voltage of 12 or 24 Volt DC.
Power Stages are typically used in an environment where a control engineer with a DPS system needs a current amplifier to generate the 3-phase rotating field from the PWM signals generated by the DSP-system.
