rotabench® 6P 120/30E is a 3-phase MOSFET power stage based on the On Semiconductor NXV04V120DB1 MOSFET Module.
With a max. DC-Bus voltage of 30 Volts and max. continous AC Currents of 100 ARMS it is designed to be used in an automotive environment, like EPS powering EPS motors (electric power steering).
